Blue Water recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in payroll software, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Duties**:
Process payroll on a timely basis, including data entry, calculation of wages, and deductions

Verify accuracy of timesheets and resolve any discrepancies

Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees
Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure accurate employee data and payroll information
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems
Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements
Generate reports on payroll expenses, taxes, and deductions as needed

**Position Requirements**

Microsoft Office Skills

Experience Working with Sage 200

Payroll Level 2 Qualification (Desirable)

Process driven with the ability to continually review and improve processes and procedures.
