Office Administrative Assistant

Overview:
As the role develops there may be the opportunity for additional hours and holiday cover.
Work is offered in a self employed capacity, invoiced and paid monthly.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in issuing documents via docu sign
- Organise and schedule appointments and use connecteam for scheduling
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with making up equipment packs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office & dousing
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and computerise information efficiently
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
