Overview

The SVP/D EMEA Corporate Sales & Solutions (CSS) role will lead our EMEA corporate client strategy team as well as global priorities while providing the vision to identify and drive actions that deliver growth for core product areas (FX and Rates) and product-partners (TTS, BCMA). Within that, s/he will create value-added business opportunity identification, growth insights and support the development of analytic capabilities to enhance the quality of client-related momentum and relationships while also boosting the effectiveness of our sales teams, collaborating with key stakeholders across products, regions and functions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with EMEA CSS Sales Management team to establish key strategic priorities for the client franchise and execute upon initiatives focused on delivering tangible, accretive outcomes
- Manage the EMEA CSS coordination of key priorities, including developing metrics, tracking and monitoring progress against projects and workstreams (e.g. Strategic Growth initiatives, Client Opportunities, Solutions, Capital Management, Client Experience, Sales Experience, Technology, Regulatory matters, Diversity initiatives, etc )
- Manage independently global as well as regional projects/strategies and partner with relevant stakeholders in EMEA CSS management and regional counterparts to drive planning and execution of project deliverables
- Drive the development of strategic growth opportunities within the EMEA and Global CSS franchise
- Ensuring EMEA CSS Management team are prepared for presentations and meetings by reviewing / preparing presentation materials, talking points, and briefing materials
- Planning key meetings including Sales Leadership Onsites, QBRs, Town Halls, and Country Reviews, in addition to any strategic communications to align and drive common goals across the EMEA CSS franchise
- Conduct in depth deep dives and analyses to identify new trends and client opportunities
- Perform detailed synthesis of client and firm data available internally and externally to present meaningful findings to management and sales teams
- Develop bespoke client and competitor insight and analyses
- Build a holistic picture of the EMEA, cross-product client relationship; aggregating and analyzing key metrics (e.g., client activity, competitive positioning & opportunity, client profitability & returns, client experience, and client feedback / VoC - with region / product / channel granularity), and help to drive planning efforts leveraging such information
- Develop expertise in all types of client data to be able to read across and drive strategic analyses / outputs, and help identify opportunities to leverage them
- Effectively lead all business-related Marketing, Brand Management and related messaging, and the eventual execution of key global and regional strategic-marketing initiatives
- Lead promotion of business objectives, product launches and services to employees within the organization
- Create, write and edit various communications channels, including printed and online publications, intranet communications, employee meetings and events, videos and announcements that drives awareness across Markets and ICG
- Lead / coordinate all internal brand public relations efforts, special events and client outreach initiatives in partnership and conjunction with the Global Sales Head and regional Desk / Business Heads
- People management of the EMEA Client Strategy Team

**Qualifications**:
Knowledge and experience requirements

BA / B.Com / B.Sc (MBA / Master’s degree or equivalent an advantage)

Prior experience in / familiarity with capital markets required; examples of successful growth strategy implementation desirable; familiarity with data analytics preferred

Skill requirements

The vision to identify new areas of growth opportunity; ability to structure and drive projects from idea to completion

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; must be comfortable interacting with different products and functions across the organization

Very strong communication and presentation skills (including use of Powerpoint / Qlickview / ThinkCell)

Personal qualities

Self-starter who takes ownership and accountability; works effectively under pressure, with little supervision

Strategic thinker with ability to translate vision into executable plans and inspire followship and buy-inn from steakholders

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence and create alignment at senior levels across multiple products, clients, and competing priorities

Focused attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy in his/her work product
