As a Level 3 Nursery Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment for children. You will lead a room within our nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate your team of nursery practitioners.
- Plan and deliver stimulating activities in line with our “Where Children Shine” curriculum framework.
- Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Create a safe and engaging learning space that reflects our nursery's values.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and diversity.

**Qualifications**:

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
- Thorough understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Dedication to providing high-quality childcare and education.
