As a Trainee Nursery Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early experiences of the children in our care.

As a Trainee Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated nursery practitioners, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care and education to our children. You will create a positive and inspiring atmosphere where children can explore, learn, grow and shine.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Room Leader to lead and motivate a team of nursery practitioners.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and experiences.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Maintain accurate records and assessments of children’s development.
- Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child’s progress.
- Contribute to the overall success of the nursery through teamwork and collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a nursery setting.
- Passion for working with children and promoting their development.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safeguarding procedures.
