NolaClan, a vibrant collection of bars, restaurants, and hotels across the Island of Ireland, is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at House Belfast We're dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and delicious food, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion.

**What You'll Do**:

- Collaborate with our dynamic management team to continuously improve standards and service, including regular staff training.
- Oversee the smooth and efficient daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Effectively communicate plans both internally and externally, fostering collaboration with the wider team.
- Contribute to the restaurants profitability by managing wage percentages and reservations to maximise capacity.
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a personal touch, taking responsibility and working effectively as part of a team.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Actively seek and address customer feedback, using it to continually improve our offerings.

**Who You Are**:

- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
- You possess strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- You are highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
- You are a natural communicator with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- You are passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- You are flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
