Senior Actuarial Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Actuary to work in our Re-Insurance and Pricing team. Based from London offices you'll support the pricing and reinsurance of Just's existing and potential products
**Job Role Accountabilities**
- Produce and/or collate regular and ad-hoc pricing-related KPIs and KRIs
- Support the Reinsurance & Group Pricing (Senior) Actuaries in developing, calibrating and documenting assumption methodologies and parameters, including minimum pricing parameters
- Take ownership of doing Reinsurance & Pricing Team BAU processes, including KPIs, Pricing yield Curves, capital factors, reinsurer MI and collateral calculations, and ensure these processes are compliant with EUC policies and TAS
- Monitor and review pricing metrics produced by the business lines, and collate Group Pricing summaries for management, including Business Planning.
- Support the Reinsurance & Group Pricing (Senior) Actuaries in maintaining up-to-date pricing frameworks for all products, and reviewing the pricing approach for new products and risks
- Support the Reinsurance & Group Pricing (Senior) Actuaries to deliver reinsurance and pricing projects and BAU activity, and to support wider company projects, as required.
- Support the development and maintenance of the data, processes and systems used by the Reinsurance & Pricing team, including the appropriate quality assurance, controls and documentation.
- Maintain own competence and personal development.
- Support the Longevity and Demographic Risk team as required.

- Propensity to maintain competence and up to date knowledge
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel/VBA, with Mo.net, Moses and Access/SQL experience advantageous
- Knowledge of the products and services provided by the Group
- Understanding of the industry and the Group's target markets
- Understanding of the operating systems and processes within the Group, particularly for pricing
- Actuarial student with some experience of working in the financial sector, preferably life insurance sector, including a good knowledge of insurance products and markets
- Experience in capital management, actuarial reporting, ALM and Pricing is preferred, but not
