The ideal candidate will have a strong background in actuarial science and experience in working with large datasets to inform pricing decisions. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with colleagues at all levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining complex actuarial models and ensuring their accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in pricing strategies.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on pricing-related matters.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Developing and implementing effective reporting and analytics tools to support business decision-making.

We offer a highly competitive salary of £65,000-£70,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working options, a minimum of 35 days holiday, and a range of health and wellbeing initiatives.
