Full Time Kitchen Assistant for Vegan Cheese

We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm and energy to come and join our small and friendly kitchen team.

**Role Description**:
We are looking for someone reliable to help with the day to day process of making and distributing our dairy free cheeses. We make a range of 12 different plant-based cheeses and each day is varied in the kitchen. This role will encompass production, packaging and sending out our products to shops and customers, in addition to keeping on top of the necessary paperwork.

As a small, but fast growing, business we are looking for someone with bags of enthusiasm and energy, who is happy to muck in with whatever is needed. No two days are the same and it would be great to have someone who would like to stay and grow with the business. There is plenty of potential to further your career with us, if that's something you're interested in.

Previous kitchen experience isn't necessary and full training will be given. More important is that you're hardworking, reliable and eager to learn

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, but we can wait for the right person. This role might suit someone looking to start their working career, or looking for a change of pace.

**Requirements**:

- Computer literacy is desirable, to use our internal system
- Be able to work well with other members of staff.
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen or in food production/manufacturing - _desirable but not essential_
- Lots of energy It's a physical job, so the ability to lift heavy things and be on your feet most of the day is important.

Key Qualifications: Food Hygiene Level 2, but if not full training will be provided.

Work Location: Weston-super-Mare, Southwest UK. We are 2 minutes from the M5 junction, not in central Weston.
