Commercial Company are seeking a Marketing Manager with experience in a B2C background and full knowledge of the marketing mix who is adept in brand, product, digital, communications, content, CRM.
What You'll Be Doing:

- Create the vision for the on going development of the Brand and communications strategy.
- Art direct seasonal photoshoots
- Implement and manage the trade marketing calendar and ensuring innovative campaigns.
- Responsible for analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and champion future campaigns from previous results.
- Working closely with the e-commerce and digital marketing teams to ensure one tone of voice across all touch points.
- Ensure the marketing team delivers effective store and local marketing communication activity in line with the business strategy.
- Provide guidance for store and local marketing activity.
- Manage budgets and work closely with external agencies.
- Planning, organizing and executing new product and packaging development, retail launches and events, PR and social channels, on and offline communications
- Work closely with retail operations to ensure consistency of brand across the stores.
- Oversee a team of marketing specialists., providing guidance and support within their area and providing opportunities for them to grow and development
Skills Required:

- Have a B2C background and full knowledge of the marketing mix
- be adept in brand, product, digital, communications, content, CRM
- be able to work with multiple touch points and stakeholders (internal & external)
- ideally have worked in a retail business that has an ecommerce offering
- be analytical and confortable with using data to provide commercial insight
- Budget and cost analysis experience
- Project management experience
- Experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments
