M&BG Ltd are looking for a Business Support Administrator to provide office support to our existing team of Contract Managers.

You will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, but we are flexible on the hours and days to suit your own circumstances.

M&BG Ltd are a fast-expanding Facilities Management Company providing a wide range of Commercial Maintenance Services to Client’s in the Midlands and surrounding regions. Our Head Office is in South West Birmingham and we have a Branch Office near Loughborough in the East Midlands. Our current annual turnover is £3 million, split between 6 departments.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Polite and confident telephone manner.
- Hardworking, highly organised and computer literate.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team with mínimal supervision.

**Role includes**
- Prioritising own workload to meet the needs of Clients and Contract Managers.
- Collection and retrieval of relevant data to prepare quotations, health and safety documents, permits to work, job instructions and send completion reports.
- Written and verbal communication with Contract Managers, Sub-contractors and Clients.
- Liaising with Sub-contractors per Contract Manager instructions and follow up on work issued.
- Diary management and logistic support of jobs instructed by Contract Managers.
- Be able to work on their own initiative and take responsibility.
- Project a professional manner.
- Demonstrate an excellent level of written and spoken English.
- Be an experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

**Experience**
- In an office with effective organisational and admin skills: 1 year (preferred).

**Education**
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
