Our client, a highly acclaimed talent management, television production, and live promotion company, who proudly represents a diverse and distinguished array of artists, which includes accomplished actors, comedians, writers, and directors is looking for a Junior Creative to join their team.

The Junior Creative will collaborate within the Digital Marketing department, contributing to the development of graphic assets and promotional videos for our client’s marketing campaigns. This includes projects across live theatre, stand-up comedy shows, and TV productions.

Reporting to the Creative Lead, this role will include:

- The creation of graphic design marketing assets for our live shows and TV productions, from the storyboard stage through to full design and campaign roll-out.
- Revisioning approved artwork for multiple print and digital derivatives.
- Assist in the production of promotional video content from the ideation stage, through to video editing, optimising for social media formats.
- Assist in the creation of marketing decks for our global Sales/Distribution team.

The position demands creative ingenuity and the ability to manage multiple high-profile accounts concurrently. Ideal for someone with an innate talent for graphic design, seeking to enhance both creative and technical skills. Projects include renowned UK comedy and entertainment brands.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Develop key art concepts and for advertising and/or promotional assets for live tours and shows, TV productions, merchandise, and occasionally other areas of the business.
- Responsible for roll out of approved artwork for all campaign derivatives.
- Assist in the development of original digital video content ideas for marketing campaigns and social media exploitation.
- Pitch creative ideas to talent and talent managers and work collaboratively to develop content for marketing and press campaigns.
- Assist the Creative team with planning & producing video shoots with talent (occasionally out of office hours).
- Edit these promotional videos and/or existing footage.

Ideally, you will be skilled at creating and developing concepts for campaigns and have a keen awareness of current trends in advertising and graphic design. You’ll have experience creating assets using software such as - Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills are essential for pitching ideas to talent or talent managers and experience with filmmaking, video editing, copywriting & Premiere Pro video software is also desirable but not required.
