We have an exciting vacancy in our Bedford bakery for a Quality Auditor. Reporting to the QA Supervisor, and supporting the NPD Team this role is responsible for auditing and promoting compliance with quality and food safety procedures, providing support and guidance to the operational teams where required and ensuring standards are in line with business needs and customer requirements.

You have:

- Good Interpersonal skills - with the ability to build strong and credible cross functional relationships
- Strong influential skills
- Good Time management - with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines

You will be great at:

- Working with testing schedule, collecting, and logging samples to the lab. Saving analysis certificates. Taking actions when out of spec results.
- Setting up shelf-life testing and taste panels.
- Investigations when finished product is not complying with our standards.
- Supporting shift QAs. Covering shift QA task on their absences.

You are:

- Diligent with excellent attention to detail
- A competent user of IT software including Outlook and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A good communicator with strong oral and written communication abilities
- Working knowledge of HACCP, BRC standards and Food Legislation desirable
