**Job specification**: As a Senior Carer - Days, you'll be making a difference to other’s lives, helping in all forms of day-to-day activities and tasks.

**It is expected that the ideal Senior Carer - Days has**:

- Undertaken a minimum of 6 months experience in a professional Nursing or Care role within the last 2 years. Alternatively, have 2 years experience in the last 5.
- Care and love for what they do.
- Flexibility to different work shifts.
- Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.

**What’s required**:

- Possess up-to-date training in all the necessary fields.
- Have a checkable 5-year work history.
- Be able to adapt to different care home settings.

**Pay rate**: £9.90-£19.90

**We do require that all of our applicants have at least 6 months of experience in the past 2 years or 2 years in the past 5, working in a hospital, nursing or residential care home.
