As a Care Admin/supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our care services. You will be the heart of our operations, providing essential administrative support to our dedicated care team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering and dealing with enquiries as they come in,
- Effective communication between teams,
- Inputting data onto our in-house system
- Creating member folders,
- Providing support to the frontline team and all other colleagues,
- Liaising with medical professional, families, members, and external partners as required.
- Creating new member profiles,
- Ensuring compliance within the office suite,
- Covering an on-call system on a rotational basis,
- Covering member calls in the event of holidays or illness.

**Qualifications/ skills**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a care or healthcare setting.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Home care experience,
- Empathy and compassion towards others.
- NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £13.82 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stamford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
