**Introduction**

Rejuvence Clinic is an established aesthetic, minor surgery and medical clinic providing cutting edge treatments. We also offer private GP services, male circumcision procedures and laser hair removal. We have recently moved into our new flag ship clinic in Canary Wharf. At the new location we have a large dedicated reception area, 4 operating rooms, 1 laser room, 2 examination/consulting rooms as well as a large staff well-being area. There is disabled access and staff kitchen and changing facilities.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and rated as GOOD. CQC registration means we are able to offer clients a host of regulated treatments and services.

We are looking for someone who can work as a front of desk receptionist and admin assistant. They will be the first point of contact for all visiting patients and clientele. They should have an extremely friendly and welcoming manner and adept at making all clientele feel comfortable and calm.

They will also need to carry out administrative duties ensuring the efficient running of the clinic on a day to day basis and in line with CQC requirements.

There is also a sales and marketing element to this role. The successful applicant should be confident and conscientious, contributing to the progression of the company as a whole. We will be keen for the successful applicant to develop relationships with local businesses in and around the clinic and especially with HR departments within companies based in Canary Wharf.

Experience is preferable. We are looking for someone with drive and ambition. We are looking for someone who is confident, willing to learn and is extremely conscientious. **Summary of responsibilities and duties**
- Answer all telephone enquiries (10AM to 6PM) 4 days a week.
- Reply to all enquiries on social media (WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, Instagram)
- Maintain diary (cloud based CRM clinic management suite - training will be provided)
- Meet & greet patients/clients
- Follow-up patients and clients who have received treatment at Rejuvence.
- Chase up patients and clients for Google Reviews and Pabau Reviews.
- Admin Assistant
- Sales of cosmetic products

**Qualifications and Skills**
- ESSENTIAL: Computer Literate (preferably should be familiar with PC/Apple/iMac/IOS operating system; Google Software Suite - MS Office).
- ESSENTIAL: Good command of spoken and written English.
- DESIRABLE: Able to produce posts for social media including image and video editing. Be proficient in the use of popular editing tools. Training will be provided on site.
