Our Client is an independently owned practise based in Surrey and they have built their reputation for high-quality, technical and professional Loss Adjusting working for Insurers, Local Authorities and on a white label basis for major UK loss adjusting firms.

Due to their success they are undergoing a substantial period of growth and market demand has increased and they now offer a range of complementary services spanning claims, surveying and consulting.

**Person Specification/Requirements**
- Excellent organisational skills.
- You will need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate with people of all levels of seniority.
- You will need to be diligent and pro-active with the ability to prioritise and act on your own initiative.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail are required.
- RCA experience is an advantage, but your personality, attitude, commitment and ability to communicate and work within our team and with our customers would be a greater priority.
- A willingness to learn and be part of a team is essential.
- A flexible approach and willingness to travel around the UK
- You should know your way around Microsoft Office. Experience of using measurement software would be an added advantage.
- You will need to have a full driving license.

**Interpersonal Skills/Experience required**:
**2-6 years UK experience as a Surveyor specialising in Property Reinstatement Cost Assessments.**
