An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Shift Planner to join our prestigious security client based in Paisley. You will be joining a like-minded team of professionals in their small but busy office. An individual from a scheduling, planning or contact centre/customer service background would be desirable for this position, however, that is not essential, we are more interested in the right attitude, drive, and effective communication skills.

**Rate of pay and hours of work**

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

This is a day shift role and will operate on a 4 on 4 off rolling basis, working from 07.00 to 19.00. You will be given notice far in advance for the days you will be required to work.

The annual salary for this role is £25,500 for the first 3 months, increasing to £27,120 after the probation period is passed.

**Responsibilities within your new role**
- Responsible for booking staff on/off shifts
- Responsible for making sure staff hourly check calls are completed.
- Uploading staff rosters to the online scheduling system
- Confirming staff into shifts and sourcing staff cover for sickness/shortages.
- General Microsoft Office skills including word and excel.

**Your experience, qualifications, and personality**

Ideally, we are looking for a diligent individual who demonstrates excellent organisation skills and who can work well independently as well as in a team. As a Shift Planner, you will have the ability to perform under pressure and be confident in multitasking.
