Business Improvement Support

Due to a continued period of growth, we currently have a new opportunity for a Business Improvement Support specialist. This role is a key position within a newly created team responsible for the management of the business improvement front door workstack and to develop procedural level information in support of identified business improvement opportunities.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist in defining project scope, goals and deliverables as part of the BI front door administration, evaluating and prioritizing requirements.
- Define tasks and required resources.
- Work with the BI lead manager to create a schedule and project timeline for BI activity.
- Track deliverables using BI team outputs.
- Support and direct team with Process & Procedure drafts in support of their initiatives.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage conflicting priorities when necessary.
- Work with other team members and the Change & Transformation departments to capture and create clear and concise procedure material based on new and or revised processes. These duties include researching, writing, and helping to implement procedure standards for specific projects.
**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills.
- Excellent understanding of business improvement concepts with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Able to take accountability for ideas from inception to delivery.
- Experience of designing, creating and implementing procedural documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Able to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
- A Team player who will support multiple projects in the creation of high quality content and procedures.
