**Job Description**:

This role is within Billing & Business Support, part of the Transport Customer Services Team at Lex Autolease. Our purpose is to ensure that we are being effective, efficient and compliant in dealing with all our customer needs and providing a supportive environment where our colleagues can excel.

Working in Billing & Business Support, you will be key to the team delivering for our customers, ensuring we meet internal SLA’s whilst passing quality checks along the way. Managing high volume workloads, this role will allow you to demonstrate your excellent attention to detail with a variety of operational tasks. Such as, but not limited to, Contract Amendments, Early Terminations, vehicle closures, invoicing and queries. You will have lots of opportunity to cross skill and further develop

Previous administration experience is needed, motor vehicle industry experience would be great, but don’t worry if you don’t have that, as long as you can show us, you’re passionate about delivery and supporting others, we’d be interested in finding out more about you.
- Excellent Communication skills, having the ability to articulate decisions in a clear and simple way without compromising the level of customer service
- A self-starter who can understand complex processes quickly and sees opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in administrative duties and maintaining comprehensive system records.
- Good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A pro-active approach to personal development and learning.
- A flexible approach to work with the ability to be multi-skilled across a variety of tasks.
- Work as an individual by taking ownership of queries whilst also delivering results as part of a team.

(Desirable)
- Previous experience of working alongside high volume processes

After which, should you choose to do so, you will enjoy the benefit of a hybrid working style, flexing between working from home and the office hub in Cheadle.

Our current working pattern is Monday-Friday between 0900 to 1700 (35-hour week)
