We’re looking for an outgoing, organised natural entertainer to take on the role of **Events Coordinator **for EF in Summer 2024. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody looking to gain more experience and boost their CV by working in an international environment.

**What will I be doing?**
- In this role, you’ll be planning, enhancing, promoting and delivering our student events
- You’ll ensure we are delivering a high level of excitement with an eye on student satisfaction, supported by an experienced Activities team

**What does my day-to-day look like?**

As an Events Coordinator for the Isle of Wight, no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for delivering events of the highest quality and some of your duties will include the following:

- Creating and updating event plans
- Using your creativity to organise and deliver a wide-range of mini-games and competitions
- Collating student and staff feedback to improve events
- Enhancing events
- Promoting events across all EF sites
- Creating event rotas
- Delivering event briefings to Activity Leaders
- Stock management
- Liaising with event suppliers
- Supporting Activity Leaders
- Overall responsibility of event safeguarding

**Who will I be working with?**
- You’ll be a key part of our activities team working alongside our Activity Coordinators
- You’ll also be working with our summer Activity Leaders and Teachers, taking care of staff welfare and light HR duties

**What will you take away?**

After a summer of working as an EF Events Coordinator, you will enhance your management skills and experience by working with an international team. You will be a proven host, adaptable and capable of solving various issues without hesitation while working under pressure. The international surroundings will fine tune your communication skills as well as organisational and planning skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10-12 weeks
