It’s not necessary to be bilingual, though we do have Welsh and English speakers in the office and encourage the use of the Welsh language in our practice.

1. Answering the incoming phone lines

2. Opening mail and distributing to the team

3. Typing letters

4. Sorting records to be returned to clients

5. Banking and managing outgoing mail (mínimal as we’re almost entirely paperless)

1. Ability to use Microsoft office products - mostly excel and word

2. Ability to adapt to computer systems

3. Excellent telephone manner and people skills

4. Enjoyment of supporting a team to attain the firms goals

5. An understanding of data protection and client confidentiality would be advantageous

A good sense of humour and enjoyment of team work is a must as we support each other to meet regular deadlines by working together.

At present we have a team of 12. There is plenty of room for progression within the firm as we grow and our plans are ambitious.
