Passenger Service Advisor

We are Intercity Management, a transport company based in the heart of the city within Edinburgh Waverley Train Station.

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly people to join our team of Passenger Service Advisors in a face to face role.

You will be responsible for supporting customers with onward travel from the Waverley to their final destination.

This is an opportunity to join a brand new team at a central, thriving location and make your mark on our growing company.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Working from Edinburgh Waverley on a daily basis.

Representing the company in a positive and professional manner.

Greeting customers and advising on our location within the station.

Taking bookings and providing any guidance required.

Ensuring drivers are ready to greet passengers.

Supporting passengers to their allocated vehicle.

Customer facing experience is an absolute must.

Basic IT / Computer skills.

Experience of onward travel in the travel industry preferred.

Ability to respond quickly to a busy and changing environment.

Eye for detail and confidence in working under pressure.

We offer a fantastic package for our staff:
Hourly rate of £12.00 per hour.

Full and Part time roles on offer.

Flexible shifts over 7 days.

Dayshift and backshift rotation.
