#TeamCorvus are looking to recruit an SIA licensed Head Door Supervisor to manage one of our security teams in a predominantly student attended venue.
Must be available to start on or before the 16th September.
This is a managment role, full training and support will be given but you must be Door Supervision experienced (2yrs min) and be calm and confident.
The actual hours worked are circa 20 to 30 weekly during term time. We can also offer alternative work out of term time.
**Your role will consist of, but not limited to, the following: -**
- Managing a small team of Door Supervisors
- Ensuring staff have an induction and have the correct uniform and PPE
- Leading the team and organising positioning and breaks during the shift
- Deal with members of the public
- Liaising with stakeholders (Client, Police, Licencing etc.)
- Ensuring customer service levels are consistently high and customers are looked after
- Uphold the venues rules and policies
- Experienced in working as a Door Supervisor
- Capeable and well trained in conflict management and physical intervention
- Will be honest, reliable and hardworking;
- Will be punctual;
- Will be able to communicate clearly and effectively;
- Be motivated and work well as part of a team;
- Deliver high levels of customer service.
An SIA licence is require for this role. You will need either a Door Supervision licence or a CLose Protection Licence for the role.
You will be screened for this role to BS7858:2012 and you must be able to provide evidence of a 5-year employment/education history and references in a timely manner upon the request.
