Virtual Agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Management Consultant to provide strategic guidance and support to our clients in managing their human capital effectively. As a Talent Management Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to identify talent needs, develop workforce strategies, and implement solutions to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere while making a meaningful impact on the success of our client’s organisations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to assess their talent management needs, challenges, and goals.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, programs, and initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Provide expertise and guidance on areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Conduct talent assessments, skills gap analyses, and workforce planning to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employees' skills, competencies, and career growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR teams and organisational leaders to ensure alignment between talent management initiatives and business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent management to provide innovative solutions to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in talent management, organisational development, or HR consulting roles.
- Strong knowledge of talent management principles, practices, and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and technology platforms for remote consulting.
