As a Marketing Co-Ordinator you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, driving audience engagement and maximising our market impact. You’ll be the forefront of our efforts to connect with the customers worldwide, leveraging your strategic insights and creative expertise to strengthen the Trans-Sport.tv brand across the industry.

**All about the job...**
- You will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Update and manage our WordPress based Trans-Sport.tv website
- Create content and manage social media platforms including, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and further explore TikTok implementation
- Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth
- Work alongside our Operations Department to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences and satisfaction
- Collaborate with our Finance Department to ensure marketing budget allocations are optimised for maximum ROI
- Partner with HR to develop employer branding initiatives and attract top talent
- To work with Management to improve systems
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Be willing to undertake any other tasks as required to support business objectives

**We're looking for...**
- One years experience in a marketing role is essential
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong understanding and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques, with hands-on experience in executing successful campaigns
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results through collaboration
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to tackle challenges with enthusiasm
- Reliable and hard working with a can do attitude
- To represent Trans-Sport.tv in a responsible manner being polite work in line with our Core Values

This is a full time position Monday - Friday 0800 - 1700, however we would consider alternative hours, some flexibility may be required at times due to the nature of our work.
