**Role Summary**

The role is designed to drive sales of our Inspired Luxury Sales Team and support the Sales Manager. In addition, lead by example by achieving own sales targets and demonstrating selling skills to motivate and challenge the team to achieve goals & KPI’s. Effectively handle all sales generated enquiries across all our advertising media and platforms and provide development and guide through to career progressions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build a thriving and strong team culture, focusing on building relationships, with constant recognition, ongoing feedback, open communication to help team bond, perform to their best remotely, have fun, whilst interact with each other and being productive.
- Assist the Sales Manager to create and execute a strategic sales plan.
- Develop skills continuously to ensure there is high level of selling skills and customer service during the end to end sales journey.
- Ensure the Company KPIs are met.
- Hold daily meetings with the sales team to agree and set objectives and monitor throughout the day.
- Ensure the use of effective sales skills and tactics are used to meet KPI’s.
- Work with Holiday Product Manager to continuously increase team’s product and destination knowledge of our own inhouse products and key tour operators.
- Decision making and taking control of new situations and pressures that arise in an ever-evolving industry by showing persistence, change priorities, reorganise, and adapt to situation in mangers absence.
- Providing training opportunities, coaching, guidance, interactions to support and set personal development plans to ensure employees achieve goals and strive towards career progressions.
- To be involved with any other ad-hoc projects/activities as may be required from time to time.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Demonstrable track record of working in a customer focused environment and achieving targets, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Essential knowledge and experience of the travel industry with a good understanding of both package and dynamic package holiday sales.
- Demonstrable record of achieving personal KPI’s, with the ability to sell confidently and turn enquiries into sales.
- Proven record of people management with the ability to lead, manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive, enthusiastic working environment in order to drive and maximise sales opportunities.
- Ability to priorities workload for self and team.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision.
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret relevant management information.
- Outstanding influencing and negotiation skills, at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong and effective relationships with a wide range of people across all levels, both internally and externally.
- Excellent organisational skill with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to use Microsoft packages - e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel.
- A passion for results and genuine desire to achieve, both personally and as part of a successful team.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
