We are currently seeking a Relocation Coordinator for our client, a Global Relocations / Moving Company located in London.

Your role as the Relocation Coordinator is to manage the relocation process of customers’ household goods, ensuring all relevant documentation is collected and all data is enters onto the company’s systems accurately.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be liaising with third party suppliers and other branches, so having the ability to communicate with all levels in an organisation is a key attribute for this role.
**Other duties of the Relocation Coordinator**:

- Work alongside the company’s internal stakeholders, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience
- Assist with billing - both internally and externally
- Provide extra support with all administrative duties

The successful Relocation Coordinator will have previous experience working in Administration and Customer Service.
You will also need to have good commercial awareness and strong Microsoft Office skills - predominantly with Word, Excel and Outlook.
We are keen to hear from self-motivated individuals who have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
