**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to the team to improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes productivity, high morale, and a customer-focused approach.
- Sales Strategy and Goal Setting:

- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue growth.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and improve existing processes.
- Set clear, measurable, and attainable KPIs for the telesales team and track individual and team performance against these targets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to align strategies and ensure the achievement of EBITDA goals.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyse sales metrics, such as conversion rates, call volume, revenue, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
- Measure profitability and EBITDA contributions of the telesales department and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, team activities, profitability, and market trends for senior management.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, projections, and financial analysis to assist in resource planning and budgeting.
- Training and Development:

- Identify training needs within the team and develop appropriate training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Conduct ongoing coaching sessions and workshops to improve the team's overall performance and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Process Improvement:

- Continuously evaluate and streamline telesales processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify cross-functional opportunities for process optimization and improved profitability.
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales targets, costs, and EBITDA objectives.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

Essential
- Proven experience in telesales or sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate key stakeholder communications and to build strong inter branch and department relationships.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer acquisition, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant IT & Microsoft tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Desirable
- Knowledge of the industry, market and sales trends.
