Senior Service Advisor - Car Dealership / Motor Trade

**Salary**: £30,000 basic plus bonus

Monday to Friday: 8am - 6pm, NO WEEKENDS

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor for our clients' main dealer site in the Preston area. For this customer facing opportunity you must have experience within a car dealership Service department.

This Service Advisor position entails both working alongside the Service Manager to deliver the goals of the business, assist, train and coach other Service Advisors within the business and also assisting the customer as they book their vehicle into theworkshop. Delivering high levels of customer service you will find their requirements and advise on cost, time scale and what exactly will happen. This customer advisor role is within a busy dealership that requires someone who can deal with the volumes whiledelivering a high standard of customer service

We are looking for someone with a strong customer service background, with the right personality and confidence to fit with the team.

The Role

We are recruiting for a professional, well presented, confident Senior Service Advisor, Service Supervisor or Assistant Service Manager to work with the team on the front desk & workshop to hit and exceed targets. This is a position based on the front desk,customer facing, within a main dealership environment.

The right individual must have previous motor trade experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor. We may consider someone from an independent garage who can show the knowledge, confidence and driven manner. Keen to speak to you whether you are froma large set up or small dealer, volume or prestige we will be interested in hearing from you.

Having experience of Kerridge would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
