As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and documented.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Monitor and analyse financial data to identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment-related enquiries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
