Receptionist

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a hard working, efficient receptionist to join the Jewel team. Jewel Home are opening a brand new showroom in Bagshot and we are looking for someone who has the passion and drive to deliver first class service.

Dealing with a variety of customers, you will have flexibility, patience and a customer focused attitude and be able to multi-task in a busy environment. You will ensure enquiries are dealt with in an efficient manner, as well as answering the telephones. You will therefore possess good organisational skills and assist in the coordination of key services to the site.

There will be daily contact with staff, customers and the public but will also be able to work on your own using your own initiative and be flexible in your approach to work.

An awareness of basic IT is essential.

Skills and experience:

- Practical experience dealing with customers on the front line
- Very good awareness of customer care
- Strong communicator
- Confident telephone manner
- Good IT, administrative, organisational, verbal, and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 5 per week
