Receptionist

Busy dental practice looking for a receptionist to join our team on a full time basis.

Training provided onsite.

We provide mixed NHS and Private dental services to our patients and pride ourselves on fantastic customer service.

The applicant must have the following attributes:

- A caring and sympathetic nature
- Exceptional communication skills - the ability to liaise between patients and other dental care professionals
- A smart appearance and professional attitude
- Have a positive work ethic and enjoy being a team player
- An ability to work under pressure in a busy team environment
- Great multi-tasking skills
- UK Driving Licence and own car

**Key responsibilities and requirements**:

- To provide a high quality reception experience
- Answering the telephone and booking patients in
- General administration
- To take payment and end of day cashing up
- Maintain reception stock, equipment and materials
- Follow practice policy and protocol
- Appointment book management
- Patient database management and reporting
- Typing of referral letters and general administration
- General reception duties

**What we will provide**:

- If needed you will receive excellent hands-on training and the support of our entire team.
- On-site parking

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.45-5.15

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
