We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive Graduate to work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to create and produce high quality marketing campaigns and content.

As the key point of contact for the delivery of sales and marketing activity, you will be friendly and approachable with the proven ability to be able manage your time well. You will be flexible and adaptable in your approach and be able to demonstrate a high level of creativity.

**Your role and responsibilities will include**:

- Support the Customer Engagement Manager to implement the annual plan across a full range of marketing activity.
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns as agreed, with a focus on return on investment.
- Write clear and effective communications across all sales and media channels.
- Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns for both online and print (including editorial, case studies, videos, podcasts, webinars, and blog posts).
- Manage social media accounts and develop and implement regular eMarketing campaigns for both internal and external audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- A relevant or equivalent Marketing degree
- A creative ability that would help bring our products and services to life.
- Good level of writing skills and proof reading
- Experience in managing campaigns from start to finish.
- Hands on experience of marketing service-based solutions.

**You will also need to**:

- Have the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deal with conflicting priorities.
- Work with a wide range of departments and all levels of staff.
- Be passionate about contributing to the growth and perception of the company.
- Always portray a professional image of NFU Energy.

In return you will receive a salary £25,000, with strong opportunities for growth, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus company benefits including pension, group life assurance (3 times salary), Simply Health Cash Plan, NFU membership and more**.**

**You will be based at our office in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We support work-life balance and operate a hybrid working policy with a mixture of home and office working available, and access to mental health support.
