**Full time Support Workers** required to support our services in both Ellesmere Port and Upton in Chester.

We Support provides supported living for adults with learning disabilities from their own home. We manage services across the North West, including Cheshire and Greater Manchester.

**1 x Support Worker (No experience needed, must be a driver)**
- Based at Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port
- 36.75 hours per week over 3-4 shifts, including av. 0.75 sleeps and working alternate weekends
- Mobility car available
- £20,300 per year

**3 x Support Workers - At least 1 female (No experience needed, must be a driver)**
- Supporting multiple services in Ellesmere Port & Chester
- Minimum 35 hours per week over 3-4 shifts with sleeps
- 6 week rota given in advance
- **£20,000+ per year, based on hours and number of sleeps**

**Bank Workers Required (Drivers preferred)**
- Working on an ad hoc basis supporting shifts as required by the business
- Hours to suit you and your personal circumstances
- Shifts agreed with your manager
- No obligation to support more than you are able
- Pay and holiday allowance at the same rate as full time roles

**Main Responsibilities**

Working either 1:1 or as part of a small team you will help our service users in their day to day living either at home or in the community, supporting them to live independently and encouraging them to learn valuable life skills like preparing and cooking a meal, also giving guidance and support in accessing community led activity, in attending social events or even volunteering and developing their confidence to achieve personal goals.
