We are seeking dedicated and experienced primary Teachers and Teaching assistants to join our team. As a Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children by providing personalised educational support. **Responsibilities**:

- Assess students' learning needs and develop customised lesson plans
- Help children to see their own gifts and support them as they achieve their goals
- Utilise games to make learning come to life, ensuring that the experience is engaging for all pupils,
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians,
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Stay up-to-date with educational best practices and incorporate them into tutoring sessions
- work alongside experience teachers to plan sessions, seeking support when needed.

**Skills**:

- Experience working with children, in an educational setting
- Knowledge of special education techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively educate and explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging manner
- Strong organisatuonal skills to plan and track student progress
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive learning environment
- Previous tutoring experience is preferred but not required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

**Salary**: £20.00-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 15 per week
