This role involves but is not limited to:

- SRA accounts rules compliance and process monitoring
- Support the annual SAR audit
- Assist in the production of management information on key compliance areas such as:

- Client receipt portals
- Office to client transfers
- Residual balances
- Charity ledger transfers and balances
- Support Fee Earners and the Compliance Cashier Manager in ensuring residual balances across the Firm are kept to a minimum and that balances dealt with quickly and correctly
- Support the Compliance Cashier Manager in managing the Charity Ledger
- Work with fee earners to help close and archive old files

**Requirements**:

- Strong legal background and experience would be beneficial
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple relationships
- Professional approach
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- High levels of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in busy periods
