**The Role**

Reporting into the Learning Delivery Manager, the Learning Delivery Specialist will ensure learning outcomes are met to the highest of quality standards.

You will hold accountability for supporting our business through learning interventions, ensuring that accurate and effective training is delivered in a professional and engaging manner. You will work closely with each learner to help them meet their goals and overcome any challenges.

This will be achieved by working collaboratively with our digital and design team as well as key stakeholders across the organisation to identify and embed solutions that drive performance and efficiencies through a great learning experience.

**About You**
- You will ideally have experience in Learning delivery/team leader or onboarding support
- A passion for learning and development
- Experience of driving the development of both new and existing talent
- Confident in delivering to a wide audience and be creative in your approach to assess, evaluate and review our materials
- Ideally, you will have a proven record of increasing sales performance through coaching
- Role model the standards, Culture and Values of the business
- Confident in undertaking learning through the virtual medium, whilst motivating and engaging learners
- Engaging our learners and managing behaviours from the start.

**Please note contracted working hours are fully flex Monday - Sunday between 8am - 9pm on a 37.5 hour per week basis. The role will also require travel to our other sites across the UK and may require overnight stays when required.
