Casterbridge Chiropractic has an exciting opportunity for a new Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant.

The role involves:

- Being the first point of contact with patients
- Greeting and dealing with patients both in person and on the telephone
- Acting as patient advocate
- Liaising with the chiropractors and other health-care professionals in the practice
- Operating a bespoke computer system
- Taking payments and reconciling takings at the end of the day
- Managing patient files
- Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness of the clinic during the day
- Dealing with external agencies such as the NHS and other healthcare institutions

Essential attributes are confidentiality, an open outlook, patience, reliability, adaptability, flexibility, the ability to organize yourself and work with the team.

Hours available are between 16 and 20 hours per week between Monday and Friday with occasional Saturday mornings. A high priority is the ability to cover colleagues for holiday and sickness.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 - 20 per week

**Salary**: From £10.43 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
