We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our growing organisation. In this key leadership role, you will work closely with management to shape our organisation and support our clients. As the face of our business, you will be a true salesperson, sourcing top talent and sharing exciting opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and deliver on a resourcing strategy in collaboration with business leaders, ensuring the successful implementation of key resourcing campaigns within budget and specified timeframes.
- Collaborate with the wider talent acquisition team, marketing, and leadership to develop innovative and impactful resourcing campaigns that help secure talent on a global scale.
- Work with your peers and the marketing function to promote our brand and secure roles using direct channels, such as advertising, social media, LinkedIn, headhunting, referral schemes, and job boards.
- Liaise with management to identify requirements and formulate detailed job descriptions.
- Manage recruitment metrics, including tracking open roles, Time to Hire, and analysing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and platforms used.
- Coach managers in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiations.
- Attend industry-specific networking events to increase brand awareness within relevant talent communities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent LinkedIn search abilities, as it will be your main platform for securing talent directly.
- Strong sales and engagement skills with proven stakeholder management abilities to ensure a best-in-class resourcing strategy.
- Experience in Technology recruitment, particularly in recruiting developers with Java or C# skills, followed by Hibernate, Spring, or AWS.
- Demonstrated record of successful recruitment delivery, managing multiple recruitment processes, and prioritising effectively with a commitment to diversity and inclusion principles.
- Desire to take ownership and lead on key projects, effectively engaging key stakeholders throughout.
- Strong belief in the importance of culture and a passion for building and maintaining culture during periods of rapid growth.
- Highly organised change agent/planner, ensuring effective control and progress in recruitment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
