**Salary**: £38,296 - £42,503

**Location**:Hybrid Working. We very much promote flexible working with the ability to work remotely from a variety of bases as well as from home, whatever makes sense and is suitable to provide the best service. Whilst many of the meetings will be virtual, there will be a requirement to travel on occasions.

**Hours**: 37

**Contract**: Permanent

The four key priorities are:

- Enabling partners and communities to work together to protect children and young people
- Focus on prevention and engagement of children, young people, parents and carers
- Strengthen multi-agency work in response to children and young people identified as at risk and the

targeting and disruption of those who pose a risk of harm and locations of concern
- Utilise Research, Innovation and Quality Assurance to strengthen practice.

If you have a strong record of partnership working, are confident in chairing multi-agency meetings and are passionate about safeguarding children at risk of exploitation and abuse then this role could be for you. Knowledge of child safeguarding, exploitation, partnership working and management of perpetrators of child abuse will be essential combined with an understanding of national requirements, guidance and best practice.
