Job Title: Head Server

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the serving staff
- Train new servers on proper serving techniques and company policies
- Assist with food preparation and ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Sanitate work areas and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Address guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic food safety guidelines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate the serving staff
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
