**What to expect**
- Lead and assist with all aspects of care within the home
- Involved in recruitment and training of the care team
- Ensure highest standards of care in relationship-centered, clinical, and dementia care
- Responsible for leading, managing, and supporting the care team
- Play a key role in care delivery and continuous assessment
- Engage with residents in conversation and meaningful occupation
**Skills & Experience**
- QCF Diploma Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a care position
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a clinical team
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities
- Experience desirable in relationship-centered care and knowledge of dementia
