Specialist Cleaner

**The Upex Group **is currently looking for a **Specialist Cleaner** to join our team. As a **Specialist Cleaner**, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients. You will be working with a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality services to our clients.

**Location**:Rugby

**Pay Rates**:£11.72 per hour whilst completing training, £12.30 per hour once training is completed, £13.22 per hour for night shifts, and £17.50 per hour for crime scene/ hazard cleans

**Shifts**:Hours of work may vary - Flexiblity is key

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct specialized cleaning tasks, such as deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning
- Ensure that all assigned areas are clean, tidy, and organized
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment in compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the client's satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate person
- Maintain equipment in good condition and report any damage or malfunction immediately
- Follow established cleaning schedules and routines
- Assist with other cleaning tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Experience in hazardous, trauma scene and crime scene cleaning is preferred (however not required as we are happy to provide a 4-day course)
- An IPAF certificate is desired but not required upon employment (however this certification does needs to be achieved within the 6-month probation period)
- Basic plumbing knowledge is preferred however, not required
- Conduct specialized cleaning tasks, such as deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.72-£17.50 per hour
