**SPARE PARTS COORDINATOR / MANCHESTER / £28k + BENEFITS**

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a **Spare Parts and Service Coordinator** to join their small, well established, and progressive engineering company.

Based on the border of Manchester and Stockport, they cater to a diverse range of customers based in various industries, both domestically and internationally, and their innovative engineers strive to offer the latest production techniques, providing bespokemetal forming machinery along with full after sales service.

The company has a bright future, and they are looking to recruit a new **Spare Parts Coordinator** who enjoys the challenge of providing a top class After Sales Service to existing customers.

The successful Spare Parts Coordinator will have the opportunity grow into this role and make it their own.

**Main duties of theSpare Parts Coordinator**:

- Provide a positive and pro-active After Sales Service
- Quote 'Spare Parts’ as requested and ensure delivery as per an agreed schedule
- Facilitate and schedule service/breakdown visits with clients and relevant staff
- Collate all hours, costs and technical reports from service/breakdown visits
- Actively seek new Service Work/Contracts and help grow this area of the business

**Required experience and skills**:

- Experience in a Sales Administration role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering organisation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be flexible, fast thinking, conscientious, acceptance of change management
- Execute Sense of Urgency, represent the voice of the customer
- Well organised with working with a calendar booking system
