**Who we need**

Our Assessment and Quality Leads are looking for a dynamic professional with a commitment to quality to lead and support quality and assessment processes on our CIPD programmes. Sitting across both the quality and assessment teams, you will provide invaluable support and gain excellent exposure of the processes we utilise to ensure we are an outstanding provider for CIPD qualifications. This is an exciting role where the right person will be able to excel.

**What you'll do**
- Complete weekly assessment allocation for Foundation and Associate CIPD programmes.
- Complete monthly IQA allocation for Foundation and Associate CIPD programmes.
- Daily monitoring and action of allocated script issues.
- Review reported plagiarism concerns and carry out investigations of academic misconduct, including providing outcomes, liaising with the Senior Quality Lead, and reporting.
- Assist Quality and Assessment Leads with communications and updates for external assessing and IQA team.
- Coordinate, organise and facilitate monthly standardisation events based on programme/unit pass rates of units and individual assessment criteria.
- Report on outputs of standardisation events, ensuring interventions are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor the quality and Curriculum sales force queue daily, providing learners with valued responses.
- Ensure monitoring and reporting for allocated quality and assessment processes is completed.
- Provide administrative support to the Content and Curriculum Lead where necessary.
- Support the department with the development of AI utilisation for assessment and operation processes.
- Ensure all SLAs for assessment timeframes are monitored and enforced.
- Collaborate with wider teams where necessary.
- Participate in Continual Professional Development (CPD).
- Familiarise yourself with all processes undertaken by the quality, assessment, and operations team

**What we're looking for**
- Experience of quality and assessment processes in an educational setting.
- Experience of academic marking, assessment, and internal verificationis desirable.
- Prior experience of supporting programmes online would be desirable.
- Knowledge and experience of using systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Asana.
