The purpose of this new role is:
To become competent within the role of supply chain management though training and development understanding and impacting the department’s ability to:
Maximise product availability, while minimising associated inventory carrying costs over multiple warehouses throughout Europe.

Place purchase orders against suppliers, manage purchase orders & warehouse transfers to maintain stock levels to meet forecasts and customer agreed delivery dates.

Maintain appropriate product planning & replenishment parameters within a number of systems.

Support senior supply chain manager on daily tasks and responsibilities.

Analysis and report on stock related KPI’s and issuing to key stakeholders.

This role will report into our Senior Supply Chain Manager and support this role and the team providing exceptional internal and external service for FKA Brands

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll be involved in the whole process, from placing orders with vendors and arranging shipments to managing inventory within our own network to ensure maximum availability to meet customer demands. We need someone who knows their way around Excel, has experience with stock management systems, pays attention to detail, and has strong communication skills. Building strong relationships with our vendors and internal teams is also crucial to this role.
- Create vendor purchase schedules, and place purchase orders on suppliers;
- Co-ordinate inventory transfers to other DC’s in the planning network;
- Liaising with Internal and External stakeholders on a regular basis i.e. Production, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, Accounts etc
- Maintain accurate purchase pricing data within our ERP system and handling vendor invoice queries
- Ensure timely delivery of inbound product
- Monitor and rigorously manage vendor performance through the operation of a scorecard to ensure timely delivery of product;
- Determine the most appropriate replenishment parameters for the various sku/DCs combinations;
- Actively participate in NPD (new product) process to maximise on time product launch and highlight any supply risks
- Provide direction and prioritisation to the China based expeditor team;
- Schedule and manage the vendors through the production process to ensure on time shipment;
- Working with Sales to maximise sales opportunities and minimise the impact of any stock out situations;
- Produce analysis as required with regards to inventory, sales, forecasts
- Monitor sales & stock closely and expedite / defer orders if appropriate
- Monitor container fill to maximise fill rate
- Analyse and report on vendor KPI’s and utilise measures (i.e. financial penalties) when not met
