We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to work in our Head Office in Bonnybridge. This is a ‘hands on’ role. You must be confident, organised and with IT skills.

**Duties**:

- Routine scanning, photocopying and filing.
- Processing rental off hire transactions into our rental system.
- Confirming new hire transactions in our rental system.
- Raising charges to customers for damages during rental period.
- Communicating effectively with other colleagues and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for depot enquiries.
- Dealing with customers professionally and politely, while maximising sales

**Experience & Skills Essential**:

- Previous experience of working in a customer focused role
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach
- Sound computer skills, hire systems desirable

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
