Security Awareness Coordinator

Security Awareness Coordinator
Working within the AVEVA Security team to help deliver high-quality security awareness and change communications, across a global organisation of over 6,500 employees.
The Security Awareness Coordinator will work closely with the Head of Security Engagement to plan, create and deliver clear and concise messaging to employees, as part of building our Think Secure culture.
This role will also be responsible for system administration of our security communication platforms, supporting our Security Awareness & Culture Lead. We require a resourceful person with a mix of good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, as well as excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
The effectiveness of the Security Awareness Coordinator will be measured by the quality, impact and feedback of their engagement and communication with colleagues.
Primary Responsibilities- Security Awareness Messaging - Crafting clear, concise and informative communications for the AVEVA Security team, tailored to the target audience.- Security Awareness Training - Support the Security Awareness & Culture Lead to continue to build and deliver high-quality security training to all AVEVA employees.- Project Communication Planning - Support project managers in developing and delivering a communication plan for Security Portfolio projects.- Service Catalogue - Working with Service Owners to ensure service launches and changes are updated in our Security Service Catalogue and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.- Document Management - Administration of the Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites for AVEVA Security function, ensuring good document management practices and user training.- Security Communication Platforms - Support in maintaining a variety of communication platforms, including Outlook, Yammer and SharePoint.- Website Management - Administration of the Content Management System (CMS) for Security pages on the company intranet site.

Skills and experience:
