We are looking for a motivated, reliable sales person to join our team. Experience is desired but not essential, full training will be provided.

This role is new within the company. We are a newly formed company in the market already with property listings in a short space of time. I would like someone to work alongside with who can help grow the company. Due to the company being new, there are endless of opportunities for progression. This job is going to take a lot of hard work and will. The big comission is where properties start to complete with us that you have introduced, please bear in mind this could take 3 months minimum to kick in and you want to build yourself a pipeline.

**Door to Door Sales Person / Trainee**:

- **You will be out on the road every day going door to door**:

- **You will be door knocking properties that are on the market currently, haven't sold or have been price reduced but still not sold**:

- **You will be able to manage your follow up system in the areas you target**:

- **We cover a wide area so you have the autonomy in where you will spend each day targeting**:

- **Cold door knocking**:

- **Access to own phone with internet**:

- **Access to own car & correct insurance**:

- **Access to own printer & paper**:

- **Access to own laptop**

This role is self employed. You are able to work flexible hours that work around you. The more you put in to the role, the more you will achieve. You will recieve full training. However you will not be micromanaged, you will be trusted to manage your diary and where you will spend your day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £5,760.00-£20,000.00 per year
